For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a 120% bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. To meet the wagering requirement on the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be placed.

4.2 Bonus Misuse Policy

If opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or any other abusive behaviour is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the associated account may be closed.

• Bonuses are given once per person / household / household address / device only.
• tk688 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• Promotional bonuses credited to an account expire if not used within 30 days.

4.3 VIP Cashback Programme

tk688's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% cashback on weekly net losses), Silver (up to 0.7%), and Gold (up to 1.0%). Progressing to a higher tier requires regular and consistent betting activity.

Cashback example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

tk688 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet. If a technical error occurs during bet placement, that bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after an event has started.

5.2 Special Conditions for Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football, or any other sport, if a match is cancelled before the scheduled time, tk688's own settlement policy will apply. In live betting, odds may change at any time.

• If a match ends before 1 innings is completed, bets will be considered void.
• Bets will be settled on the basis of the official result announcement.
• If one leg of a multi-bet is cancelled, the remaining selections will be re-evaluated.

5.3 Casino and Slot Game Conditions

All casino games, slots, and live games on tk688 are operated under the rules of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution). In the event of a technical issue in the game interface, settlement will be based on the game provider's logs.
